Presentation Night:
There was a good crowd in attendance at our annual Presentation Night held in the Clubhouse recently. Presentations were made to newly-weds, Sean and Michelle McBride and Eddie and Mary McGlone, while stalwart servant to Aghabog Aidan Brady was presented with the 2012 Player of the Year Award. Andy Mannering was also presented with an award at the Top Lotto Seller for the Club in 2012.
Club Membership:
Club Membership is now due once again and can be paid to our club registrars Joanne mc Gorman and Bronagh Quigley.The annual subscription is family membership €50.Full Members €20.Players €30, Social members €10, Youth membership is €10.
We will hold a registration night in the clubrooms on Friday 22nd March at 8:30pm. This will be the last opportunity to register for the year ahead.
Ladies Notes
Registration Night: The club will hold the final registration night this Friday, 22nd March from 8-10pm. All players and members must register for the year.
Gum Shields: As with the men’s rules, the Ladies are in the process of adapting the same rule, all juveniles and seniors must wear gum shields. The club have arranged a special offer with a Monaghan company to obtain these at a reduced price of €3.00. Please contact any committee member regarding this.
Senior Training: Training continues this Saturday at 6.30 sharp and Wednesday night at 7.00 sharp.
U/16 Training: U/16 training continues on Tuesday at 6.30 sharp. All players please attend.
U/14 Training: Our U/14’s will resume training next week. Management will be in contact with all players with more details.
Congratulations: The club sends its congratulations to former player Mary (Croarkin) Jordon and her husband Trevor on the birth of their baby girl.
Latnamard National School Notice: The School Development Fundraising Committee present Nathan Carter in concert followed by dancing to Tumbleweed on Thursday 11th April 2013 in The Hillgrove Hotel, Monaghan.
