“Speed Endurance with and without the ball” (Free of charge)

Date: Wed 23rd January 2013: 7.30pm – 9pm

Venue: Monaghan County Training Grounds, Cloghan.

Tutor: Roger Keenan (Ulster GAA)

This part outdoor observation / part indoor interactive session will look at practical methods to increase players fitness levels both before and during the playing season. The session is free of charge and open to coaches of all age groups.

“Developing Systems of Play” (Free of charge)

Date: Wednesday 6th Feb 2013: 7.30pm – 9pm

Venue: Monaghan County Training Grounds Cloghan

Tutor(s): John Morrison / Terence McWilliams (Ulster GAA)

This indoor theory session will look at strategies and systems of play that will get the best from the players at your disposal. Coaches who have their own magnetic tactic boards are asked to bring them.

“Games to Develop Football U16 to Senior” (FREE OF CHARGE)

Date: Wed 13th Feb 2013 – 7:30pm to 9pm

Venue: Monaghan County Training Grounds Cloghan.

Tutor: Tony Scullion

This is an Indoor Interactive Session based on Games (small-sided, conditioned and Full sided) to improve varioues aspects of Team-Play.
