Lotto. The numbers drawn on Monday 28th January were 4, 15, 22 and 26. The Jackpot was not won and the following four players claimed fifty euro each in the Lucky Dip……Breda McAree, Leonsbeg, Paul Baldwin, Lossetts, P.J. Halpin, Shercock and Sandra Finnegan, c/o Murtagh’s.

The next draw will be held on Monday 4^th February in the clubrooms and the jackpot will be 7,700 euro.

Coaching Courses.  Monaghan Coaching Committee have organised a series of coaching evenings for all club coaches. Attendance is free of charge and all courses will be held at Cloghan. The themes for the remaining sessions are Developing Systems of Play (Wednesday 6^th February) and Games to Develop Football (Wednesday 13^th February). All courses run from 7.30 to 9.00 and further information can be got from the club secretary.

Courses for New and Existing Mentors.  A number of Foundation and Level One Coaching Courses will take place over the coming weeks for new and existing team mentors.

The Foundation Courses will run on 15^th /16^th February and 8^th/9^th March and will include the relevant Child Protection element.

The Level One Course has been fixed for 8^th/9^th/10^th February as well as 22^nd/23/24^th February.

New and existing mentors should note that Garda Vetting and the completion of the Foundation Course is the minimum requirement if you wish to work with a juvenile team in the club.

Sympathy.  The chairman and members wish to sympathise with the Martin family on the recent death of Kathleen Carolan, Carrickmacross. May she rest in peace.
