Doohamlet GFC Notes

Doohamlet took their first tentative steps of the new season on Sunday last.  Under the watchful eye of new team trainer Ciaran Walshe the players had a light session indoors and due to the inclement weather this will be the plan for the next few weeks.

Welcome home to our club Chairman P.J. Meehan who has returned after his Christmas break in the UK and also to Jim and Mary Connolly who spent the last six weeks in Australia and attended their daughter Aileens wedding.  The club sends it’s congrats to the happy couple.

Best of luck and good wishes to Colin Walshe and Paul McArdle who are members of the Monaghan County panel as they begin their league campaign against Meath this weekend.
