Team Manager:

The club are seeking a new senior team manager. If anyone would be interested in the post they are to contact club chairman Ciaran Mc Entee before Friday 23rd of November.

Christmas 2012:

With Christmas just around the corner, why not keep the Christmas shopping local and send a copy of the Seans Jubilee history to those who no longer live in the parish. The DVD can be purchased at any of our local shops for the very affordable price of €20. American versions are also available. For any other information contact Ciaran Mc Entee.

AGM:

The AGM is pencilled in for Friday 30^th November @9pm.

Scór na nOg: Our club was very well represented last Friday, in the 1^st semi-final of Scór na nOg. Against very stiff competition, our Céile Dancing & Solo Singing entries got through to the Co. Final. Congratulations to all involved, and we wish them every success in the Final, which takes place this Friday 23^rd November, in Ardaghey, at 8pm. All support on the night would be greatly appreciated.

Solo Singing – Lisa Dolan

The standard in the Instrumental Group category was as high as ever, so our commiserations must go to our musicians. They performed out of their skins, putting on an energetic & rousing exhibition of traditional Irish music at its best! Their enjoyment was palpable, and this was reflected in the terrific feedback from the adjudicators. This was an excellent performance.

A huge thank you is due to Ailíse McNally, Aoife McElvaney, Niamh Maguire, Niamh Staunton & Rian McEntee, for all their hard work & dedication. They did us proud.

Cultural Night: Our Traditional Irish Music session takes place on the 2nd Friday of each month. Next session takes place on Friday, 14th December @ 9pm sharp. We look forward to seeing you all there for a great night’s entertainment. Refreshments served.

Coaching Courses:

During the off season there are several coaching courses being organised to prepare for next year. Anybody interested please contact Sean Mc Elvaney by text on 0879291612 as soon as possible. There is only 1 course left on offer:
