Lotto . The numbers drawn for the week ending 19^th November were 2, 4, 15 and 28. The jackpot was not won and the following players won €50 each in the Lucky Dip….Peadar Duffy, Carrickmacross, Sean O’ Hara, Carrickmacross, Sean and Ciaran Duffy, Carrickmacross and Sean Egan, Corrybracken.

The Jackpot will be €6,800 next week.

Gala Dinner Dance.   Keep Friday February 1st free for the Gala Dinner Dance to celebrate the victories of both the senior ladies’ and men’s teams in 2012. The venue is Cabra Castle and proceedings will begin with a mulled wine reception. This will be followed by a five course meal, served at 8.00 sharp, and the presentation of medals to members of both teams.

An auction of sporting and other items will be held and the funds raised will help with the pitch development that is planned for 2013. A number of very attractive items for auction have already been secured.

Music will be provided by The Great Pretenders (formerly Armageddon). Tickets will be on sale shortly at €40 each and are limited to three hundred in number.  Perhaps a pair of tickets might make the ideal stocking filler this Christmas!!!!!

Club Merchandise. A number of Regatta jackets with the club crest etc. are for sale in the club. These jackets are available through the chairman and would make an excellent Christmas present for any Magheracloone supporter.

A.G.M.   The Annual General Meeting  will be held in the Community Centre on Friday December 7^th at 7.30 p.m. Notice of the meeting and nomination forms was sent to  members last week and should be returned by 28^th November. Members are reminded that they should ask the person concerned before nominating him/her for a position within the club. Furthermore the person nominated must be in attendance at the meeting on 7^th December.
