Seniors: We had an away win against Currin in what turns out to be our last outing of the year, winning 0-15 to 0-10. We were 0-5 0-6 down at half time but improved in the second half to record a 5 point victory. Unfortunately results elsewhere meant we are unable to improve on our current 9th position and are subsequently relegated. Our last scheduled game against Ballybay this weekend has been conceded by Ballybay. This completes a disappointing year for us, finishing on 15 points, winning 6 games, drawing 3 and losing 9. As Saturday’s game is cancelled, players are encouraged to gather for an end of season blow out at the Chasin Hooley gig in St Mellans this Saturday night.
