Shalotto
There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 7th October. Numbers Drawn were: 9-10-12-26. Lucky Dip Winners: Ciaran Prunty, Croghan, Rose Boyd, Lisnagrieve, Tanya Laverty, Croghan, Annyalla, Caolán Gorman, Tasson and Mickey Woods, Ballybay. The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

RFL Final Cremartin v Drumhowan
We were defeated by Drumhowan last Saturday in the Reserve League Final on a scoreline of Cremartin 1-07 Drumhowan 1-14. See match report. Get Well Soon: The Club would like to wish Michael Morgan a full and speedy recovery from his injury sustained in the B Final and to Kevin Tomany following his injury in the U-16 Final. Best wishes to both of the lads!
The Patrick McGuigan Memorial Cup and Shield: will take place in Cremartin on Saturday 20th October 2012 at 2.00 p.m.
Under 8’s and 10’s
Our under 8’s and 10’s attended a blitz in Clontibret on Saturday past and came out worthy winners in both groups winning both Finals. Well done to all 30 children who attended and to their parents for helping and getting them to and from the games. Thanks to Clontibret for the well organised blitz, medals and refreshments after the games.
Baby Joy: Congratulations to Brendan and Una Carragher on the recent birth of their beautiful baby boy Cillian.
Kids Fancy Dress Halloween Disco: will take place on Friday 26th October in Cremartin Hall from 7-9 p.m.
”Match for Michaela – a festival with football”
Ulster GAA in partnership with the Michaela Foundation has announced plans for a major fundraising event to remember the life of Michaela McAreavey and her contribution to the GAA community. The event branded as ‘Match for Michaela – a festival with football’ will take place on Saturday 3rd November 2012 from 6pm to 10pm in the grounds of Casement Park, in Belfast. The highlight on the special evening is sure to be a not-to-be-missed competitive Gaelic Football Match which will see Ulster Inter-Provincial Team take on All-Ireland Winners Donegal. Tickets will be priced as £10/€10 and juveniles at £5/€5. Tickets on sale via tickets.ie/Musgrave retail outlets. More details soon.
