A big thank you to all the individuals and businesses who contributed to the success of the morning, including the following suppliers: Carl Cassidy (Brennans Bread) Scotstown; Clontibret Community Centre; Phil & Anna Collins (Eggs) Clontibret; Damien McKenna Truagh (Fruit & Veg); Gerry Duffy (Bacon Supplier) Doohamlet; Fanning’s Bakery Tyholland; Kerry Foods; Mallons Sausages Monaghan; Martin Food Equipment Dundalk; Town Of Monaghan Co-op; Value Centre Cash & Carry Monaghan; Westenra Arms Hotel Monaghan; Sean & Martina Woods (Fruit). Thanks also to all those who helped organise the event including Martin McCague, Declan Moen, Niall Brennan, Thomas Greenan & Colm Gormley. A special mention must be made of the Braeside Stores staff and the Community Centre catering volunteers for their hours of tireless preparation, cooking and cleaning, without which the morning wouldn’t have been the success it was. Thanks to Thomas Greenan and Mickey McSkeane for doing the door and to all who attended and gave contributions on the day. Your support is greatly appreciated.
