Maguire Transport Minor Football Championship – Div 3A. Cuchulainns, (Aughnamullen/ Toome amalgam) had a comprehensive victory over St Tiarnachts (Clones/Killeevan amalgam) in the semi – final, played in Drumhowan on Saturday last, 15th September, on a score line of 5-15 to 0-10. Toome panel members played their part in the win, with impressive performances from Aaron Kelly (2-5), Darragh McKenna (2-2), Sean McMahon (1-2), and Peter Donaghy. Mark Connolly was a substitute. Cuchulainns and Corduff will now battle it out in the final on a date and venue to be decided.
