Ballybay beat neighbours Drumhowan on Wednesday to secure a semi-final place in the Platinum Tanks Reserve Football League Division Two.

The Gerry’s Prepared Veg. Under-16 Football Championship Final pairings were decided on Thursday evening. Scotstown and Donaghmoyne both ran up high scores in the Division One semi-finals, where Scotstown needed extra-time to see off Monaghan Harps, while Donaghmoyne had a comfortable win over Emyvale.

Carrickmacross and Latton got the better of Clontibret and Toome respectively in Division Two. St. Patrick’s battled past Aughnamullen after extra-time in Division Three and Cremartin defeated Clones, while the Division Four semis produced wins for Corduff and Éire Óg at the expense of Rock Emmets and Killeevan respectively.

The Under-16 Football Championship Finals have been set as double-headers next Thursday evening. The Division One and Four Finals will be played in Emyvale and the Division Two and Four deciders are set for Inniskeen.
