Girls U12 Division 4 League Final was lost on saturday away in Doohamlet to St Bridget’s. U14 Boys had a draw in the shield final away to Sean’s in Clontibret.

Results did not go our way on Saturday as we needed our close rivals to loose as well as winning ourselves, this would have potentially got us to a league semi final position. Killanny took on Blackhill at home saturday evening who had beaten us comprenhensively in the championship. Killanny who’s team are majority under 21 put on an impressive team display and ran out convincing winners 1-07 to 0-03. Solid displays by many, at the back from Traynor mid field Wakely and up front causing havoc young gun Kieran. All jerseys were worn with pride and every man gave their all. Season is now over but there is a lot of positives to be taken into next year. Big thanks to Jody & Alan for the efforts over the Season.
