Emyvale GAA Club Notes for Thursday 20th September:
Minors: Emyvale and Donaghmoyne Minor teams met on Saturday last in Clontibret in the championship semi final. Emyvale started the stronger of the two sides, however much of the good play was not converted into scores. Donaghmoyne then got to grips with the game found their rhythm and unfortunately pulled away. Despite the end result there was still some excellent play. They have an excellent chance to put this disappointment behind them this weekend, with the GRM Minor Football League Division Two Final Replay against Magheracloone at 2.30pm in Blackhill on Saturday.
JFL Emyvale 0-12 Killanny 1-08: On Sunday morning last our senior team played Killanny, the game was a tight affair and our lads held on in the end to get the win.

Reserve Division 3: Scotstown beat Inniskeen in Saturday’s Platinum Tanks Reserve Football League Division Three semi-final to set up a north-Monaghan derby with Emyvale in the decider. Date and venue has yet to be confirmed.
