CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES

Shalotto
There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 22nd April. Numbers Drawn were: 2-4-25-26. Lucky Dip Winners: Sean McNally, Annagh, Niamh Kerr, Annagh, Pat and Mary Branigan, Cashel, Laura McEneaney, Corlealackagh and Muireann Atkinson, Cashel.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next. You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

SFL: Cremartin v Sean McDermotts
We travelled to Threemilehouse last Sunday where we picked up another two points with a great win over Sean McDermotts on a scoreline of Cremartin 4-10 Sean McDermotts 0-8.  Team and scores: Damien Lavelle, Patrick McGuigan, Liam Atkinson, Declan Farrell, Jonathan McGuigan, Martin McNally, Conor Mulligan, Gary Boyd, Barry Carragher (0-5), Christopher Farrell (1-0), Niall Flanagan (0-1), Kevin Atkinson, Cathal Atkinson, Kevin Brennan (2-4) and Liam McVicar.  Subs: Eanna Atkinson (1-0) for Liam McVicar and John Tomany for Cathal Atkinson.

RFL: Cremartin v Ballybay
We were at home against Ballybay on Wednesday night last resulting in another win for us on a scoreline of Cremartin 2-11 Ballybay 1-10.  Team and scores: Simon Atkinson, Declan Mulligan, Liam Atkinson, Kevin Atkinson, Mark Magee (1-0), Martin McNally, Eanna Atkinson, Barry Carragher (0-7), Liam McVicar, Paul McNally, Paul Magee, John Tomany (0-3), Ryan Carragher, Michael Morgan (0-1), Ryan McVicar.  Subs: Shane Mulligan for Paul Magee, Colm Boyd for Ryan Carragher and Patrick McNally for Ryan McVicar (1-0).

Fixtures:
Seniors: We are away to Rockcorry this Sunday 29th April at 2.00 p.m.
Reserves: We are at home against Drumhowan in the first round of the O’Duffy Cup on Friday 4th May at 7.15 p.m.
Minors: We are away to Truagh on Tuesday 1st May next at 7.30 p.m.
U-16s: We are away to St. Patricks this evening, Thursday 26th April, at 7.00 p.m .
U-14s: We are at home against Eire Og on Saturday 5th May next at 12.00 noon.
U-12s: We are at home against Cremartin this Saturday 28th April at 12.00 noon.

U-6’s, 8’s and 10’s Training on Friday evening at 6.30 – 7.30 p.m.  All children to be picked up inside the gate.  Bring a bottle of water with you.

Good Luck to our Cremartin Roses, Lisa Mulligan, Eimear Mulligan and Caoimhe Flanagan who are taking part in the search for the Monaghan Rose this Sunday in the Glencarn Hotel.  This promises to be a great night so please give the girls your support!!!

The Monaghan Roses would like to thank all those who came out to support them on Friday 20th April last with their fundraising drive in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland.  The pin selling in Monaghan Shopping Centre and the Zumba class in Cremartin Hall raised over €600 on the day.  Thank you to Charlene for taking the Zumba class and to all those who took part.  A huge thank you to those who sponsored prizes at the Zumba Class, Acorn Life, Chic Colour and Cuts Monaghan, GR8 Entertainment Castleblayney and the Jolley Gift Store Castleblayney.

IT’S A BOY!! Congratulations to Raymond Carragher and Elaina Daly on the recent birth of their beautiful baby boy Max, Congratulations also to Ciara and Alan Tarrant on the birth of their beautiful baby boy Jack and to Catherine Malone and Seamus also on the birth of their beautiful baby boy Killian.  Looking forward to seeing them all in the Cremartin colours in the future!!

Wedding Bells: Congratulations to Therese Carroll and Wesley Lines who got married recently.  Wishing you many years of happiness together!!
