Lotto . The Lotto draw for the  week ending 27^th February saw the following numbers being drawn…..8, 17, 24 and 27. The jackpot was not won and four players won fifty euro each in the Lucky Dip. The winners were Ryan Jones, Tonnanave, Stephen Keenan, Inniskeen, Ciara McGuiness, Leonsgarve and Charlie O’ Reilly.

 

The next draw will be held on the 5^th March in the clubrooms.

 

New Management Team.  Training continues under the new management team each week in preparation for the Senior and Reserve Leagues which are due to start in the next couple of weeks. All senior and U-21 players are welcome to attend.

 

Race Night.   The club are organising a Race Night for the St. Patrick’s week-end. Sponsorship cards are now available and should be returned by March 9^th. The Race-Night will take place on Friday 16^th March with the first race off at 9.00 p.m. All members are asked to support this club fund raiser by taking a card, filling it and supporting the event on the 16^th.

 

Monthly Meeting. The monthly meeting for March will be held in the clubrooms on Tuesday 6^th March at 8.30. All members are welcome to attend.

 

Juvenile Presentation Night.  The Juvenile Committee have announced that Sunday 4^th March will be the evening for the presentation of medals and trophies for the following teams…….the U-14, U-16 and minor teams of 2011 along with the U-16 team of 2010.

 

I hope this clears up any confusion that may have arisen from last week’s notice.

 

Coaching Courses.  A Foundation Coaching course has been fixed for the 23^rd and 24^th March while a Level One Youth and Adult Course will take place 2^nd / 3^rd  and 9^th/10^th March. Further information is available from the Juvenile or Club Secretary. The closing date for names is Wednesday 29^th February.

 

Membership. Don’t forget that the membership fee for 2012 is now due and can be paid to any executive member. The fee is fixed at 25 euro for ordinary members and 50 euro for players. The extra fee is to cover insurance for the players. All monies must be paid by the end of March to obtain membership for 2012.
