Workshop – Strength & Conditioning Programme for 12 to 16 year olds.

• Northern Clubs – Tues 17th & 24th Jan @ 7:30pm in St Macartans.
• Southern Clubs – Thurs 19th & 26th Jan @ 7:30 in Inver College.
• All clubs to nominate three people to attend

 Workshop – “Bring Back Kicking”  in Scotstown Kilmore GAA Training Grounds on Wed 25th Jan @ 7:30pm. Tutor Tony Scullion. Targeting All Coaches. FREE OF CHARGE (FOC)

 Workshop – “Fitness Testing Made Easy” in Cremartin GAA Club (Indoor Session) on Wed 8th Feb @ 7:30pm. Tutor Kevin McGuigan. Targeting All Coaches.  (FOC)

 Workshop – “ Games to Develop Football U10 /12s” in Our Lady’s Secondary School Astro Turf Castleblayney on Thurs 8th March. Tutor Macartan McKenna. Targeting U10/12 Coaches. (FOC)

 Regional Workshops delivered by Ulster Council Coaching Staff:

•  “Winning Possession”  in Callan Bridge (Armagh Training Grounds) Armagh  on thurs 19th Jan @ 7:30pm. Tutor Tony Scullion.
• “Develop Tackling” in Breffni Park Cavan on Wed 1st Feb @ 7:30pm. Tutor Roger Keenan.

 “Spring” Coach Education Programme Dates:

*Re Venues – Any club who would like to HOST a Foundation or Level 1 course please contact Paul O’Connor ASAP. Otherwise, the courses will be held in Cloghan.

Courses will only take place if enough people register in advance. If a club would like to HOST a course on a different date outlined above please get in touch. More courses will be delivered if there is sufficent interest from clubs/coaches.
