Latton O’Rahilly GAA Club Notes:
Eoin & Kieran Duffy- Monaghan G.A.A. Players of the Year 2011: Congratulations to Eoin Duffy on his selection as Senior Player of the year, and to his brother, Kieran on his selection as young player of the year 2011, a great honour and achievement for Eoin & Kieran, the club, and above all a unique award for the Duffy Family, again congratulations on a great achievement.
County Awards Presentations 2011 will take place in the Hill grove Hotel, Monaghan on Friday 27th January 2012 at 8p.m
Committee Meeting on tonight (Thursday 15th December) at 8.30p.m sharp. All Committee members please attend.
1986 Junior Football Championship Winning Team to be honoured on December 28th: The 1986 Latton O’Rahilly Monaghan Junior Football Championship winning team will be guests of honour at a special presentation night in the O’Rahilly G.A.A. Centre, on Wednesday 28th December to mark the 25th Anniversary of a historic win.
Music will be supplied by Evan O’Donnell. Commencing at 8.30 p.m. Refreshments served. Tickets available from all committee members at €10.00.
Christmas Day Swim: At Lough Avaughan at 12 noon on Christmas Day, Sunday 25th December. Sponsorship Cards available from all club players, with all proceeds in aid of local senior citizens.
Annual Awards Presentations 2011: Will take place in the O’Rahilly G.A.A. Centre on Saturday 28th January 2012 commencing at 7.30 p.m. / Music by Mr Music. Highlight of the night will be the presentation of the 2011 Monaghan Senior Football Championship Medals, with special presentations on the evening.
Annual General Meeting 2012:The Club’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 11th January 2012 at 7.30 p.m. Nomination/Motion Forms must be returned no later than 10p.m. on Wednesday next,21st December.
All club members are requested to give due consideration to their choice of nominee’s, and to ensure their nominees is willing to go forward for election at A.G.M.

Latton Lotto X-tra: €16,000 is the Jackpot for this weekend’s Latton Lotto X-tra Draw, which takes place on Sunday next 18th December at Joe Rice’s Bar, Mount Carmel. No winner last weekend at draw in Paddy Lynch’s Bar. Numbers drawn 10-5-26-20.
