CREMARTIN CLUB NOTES

Shalotto
There was no winner of the Shalotto held in Atkinson’s Shamrock Bar on Sunday 20th November.  Numbers Drawn were: 4-7-16-23.  Lucky Dip Winners: Bridie Lavelle, Dunfelimy, Aidan McMahon, 78 Drumbear Wood, Monaghan, Patricia Malone, Carrickaslane, Pat and Mary Brannigan, Cashel and Declan Farrell, Cremartin.  The Jackpot stands at €7,000 and this weekend’s draw will take place in the Social Club on Sunday evening next.  You may join the Annual Shalotto Scheme by contacting any member of the Club Committee.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL Shalotto tickets must be handed in by 9.30 p.m. every Sunday evening to ensure that they go into the draw.

Fixtures:-
Ulster Championship/Paul Kerr Cup: It’s the one we have all been waiting for!!  The Final of the Ulster Championship/Paul Kerr Cup will take place this Sunday 27th November when our Senior team will take on Derrytresk (Co. Tyrone) in Armagh’s Athletic Grounds at 1.30 p.m.  We hope to see the same great support out again in our campaign to bring the Paul Kerr Cup back home to Cremartin where it belongs!!! 

SUPPORTERS BUS: Will travel to the Athletic Grounds next week to see Cremartin v Derrytresk in the Paul Kerr Cup Final.  Supporters Bus leaving Cremartin at 12.00 noon.  Contact Michael McGuigan on 086 8169275 to book your seat.

Cremartin GFC now have their very own website.  Logon to www.cremartinshamrocksgaa.ie for fixtures, results, news and pictures.  Keep up to date as Cremartin take on Derrytresk in the Final of the Paul Kerr Cup with live stream scoring via the newly designed Cremartin Shamrocks Website.

JUVENILE PRESENTATION NIGHT will take place on Friday 9th December 2011.  Presentation to the U-16 Division 3 League Winners and Championship Runner Up – Presentation to U14 team Cup Runners Up in Patrick McGuigan Memorial Cup.

AGM
The date of the AGM has been decided for Sunday the 11th December in the Cremartin GFC Centre.  Please keep this date free.

Minor League Division 3 Championship Final DVD is now available for purchase.  Contact Mickey McGuigan on 086 8169275 for more details.

Cremartin Social Christmas Party will take place in Cremartin Hall on Thursday 1st December.  Adm €10.  Music by Pat McEntee.  Come along and enjoy!

ANNYALLA N.S. BAZAAR will take place on Friday 2nd December in Cremartin Hall.  All Donations welcome.  Please contact the school.

The Patrick McGuigan Memorial Cup and Shield took place last Saturday 19th November 2011. A big thanks to all who helped out on the day.  Referees Hugh Leonard and Barry Grimley, Parents who made sandwiches and who helped in the kitchen and to Gerry Carragher our Groundsman.  To all players from the four Clubs and their management who travelled to Shamrock Park.  Results of Competition: Cup Winners – Corduff.  Cup Runners Up – Cremartin.  Shield Winners – Toome and Shield Runners Up – Truagh.  Donations collected on the day €200.00 for C.R.A.N.N.O.G. Care Centre”, Castleblayney.

LOST AND FOUND
Lost: Gerard Mulligan lost the bet that he is actually taller than he though he was!!  Found: Seamus Lavelle was found wandering the streets of Clones last Sunday thinking “I will get a good seat..i’m first here!!”.
