Congratulations: To Michael Lawson who has now reached the semi final of junior North East got talent in the Fiddlers in Carrickmacross. He needs your support and votes on Fri 2nd Dec to secure a place in the final. Doors open at 7:30pm. Show starts at 8pm. AGM: The annual general meeting of Aghabog GFC will be held in the Clubhouse on Sunday 4th Dec at 7pm.All fully registered member are to submit nominations for the Executive Committee of the club and motions for discussion at the A.G.M. only persons who are full members may be nominated. Please return the nomination form to Damien before Friday 2th December 2011.

Players Night: As with any other sporting code, it is necessary for all involved with Aghabog GFC to keep up to date with the latest techniques as we strive to achieve sporting excellence on the pitch.
This involves hours of work in gym, strict dietary requirements and absolute dedication to the cause. It will have come to your attention that many teams also now engage in so called ‘team bonding sessions’ – winter training camps in the algarve are a prime example. For our own part, we will be heading to the dogs in Dundalk on Saturday night. Bus will be leaving the clubhouse at 6pm. Fancy Dress optional.

Juvenile Presentation
The club are holding a presentation of league & championship medals to this years Under 14 team & also to the 2010 Under14  team. Jamie Clarke,  Crossmaglen & Armagh star , will make the presentations. All juvenile players & parents are invited to attend. Refreshments will be served & proceedings commence at 5.00pm on Sat. 3rd December

45 Card Drive:
Will take place in the Clubhouse this evening Thursday starting at 9pm. Playing tonight for a hamper and spot prizes.

Adult Kris Kindle:
The club will be holding a novelty Kris Kindle (adults only!) night in the clubhouse on Saturday 3rd Dec. You will sign in to take part, then you will have two weeks to buy your novelty pressie with a value of €10. The big reveal will be on Sat 17th Dec which is the x-mas party night. Entertainment on both nights will be a disco with food being served on the party night (17th Dec). This promises to be a couple of good nights craic so be sure to come along. Courtesy lift will be available on both nights.

Sympathy:
The club would like to extend our sincere sympathy to Francie O’Brien and the O’Brien family on the death of Francie’s brother, John Hetherington.
We would also like to express our sympathy to Niall Prunty and the Prunty family, Threemilehouse on the death of Niall’s mother, Elizabeth.

People of the year Awards:
