Senior League and Championship

Clontibret 0-16, Scotstown 4-7. A game which we dominated for long spells but the concession of 4 goals, 2 coming at the end of the second half, proved to be the difference between the sides. Team and scorers: Paul McElroy, Colin Duffy, Colum Greenan, Pauric Boyle, Donal Carragher, Darach Mooney, Conor Boyle 0-1, Dessie Mone 0-1, Daithi McKeown, Rodney Gorman 0-1, Conor McManus 0-9 (0-5 frees), Ryan McGuigan 0-1, Vinnie Corey 0-1, John Paul Mone 0-1, Fergal Mone 0-1. Sub Used: David Savage.

This Saturday, we play Latton in the championship in Inniskeen at 7.00pm. Best of luck to the boys and management team. Please note earlier starting time from that previously fixed.

 

Another double header at O’Neill Park on Sunday when Blayney play Truagh at 5.30pm followed at 7pm by Scotstown and Ballybay. Usual stewards required from 4.30pm

 

Minors

We were well beaten by ‘Blayney last week. We played Carrick on Tuesday gone by, result next week. This Monday evening we take on Scotstown in the championship in Rooskey at 7.15pm. Wishing the boys and management the very best of luck.

U16 League

Best wishes to our u16s who play their league semi-final against Donaghmoyne this evening in Donaghmoyne.

U12 League

Division 6 Shield Semi final this Saturday at 12 noon in Clones

Division 2 Shield semi final on Tuesday next at 7pm when we play Seans  at O’Neill Park.

 

U14 League

Next outing for our u14s is on Saturday week, 27th August with the Division 2 team taking on Toome and Division 6 team playing the Harps at 12pm and 1.15pm.

 

6k Fun Run / Walk & BBQ

There will be a 6k Fun Run / Walk & BBQ on Sunday, 4th September starting and finishing at O’Neill Park. It starts at 2pm with registration from 1pm. Proceeds are in aid of The Cormac Trust (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome). Come along and join in what promises to be a great day of activity followed by a BBQ and go up to the club afterwards to watch the All Ireland Hurling Final.
