Intermediate League:

This Friday evening we travel to our neighbours Rockcorry in th IFL. Hopefully we can continue on from our previous outing against Aughnamullen and gain another 2 valuable points.

Cultural Night:

Remember to keep the 2nd Friday of the month free !!! Our next Traditional Irish Music session takes place on Friday 8th July in the complex. Looking forward to seeing you all there for what’s promising to be a terrific night’s entertainment.

Junior musicians kick off the session @ 9pm sharp, with our seasoned performers picking up the pace as the night

Under-12:

Training continues on Saturday morning at 10.00 am. Next game is away to Inniskeen on Sat 2nd July at 1.30pm.

Camp Action:

This year’s camp action will take place in its usual month of July from the 18th – 22nd and from the 25th -29th. This is a multi sports camp run by Ciaran Murphy comprising of activities such as Gaelic Football, Soccer, Rounder’s, Tag Rugby, Hockey, Athletics, Camps got talent. Table quiz etc. Ciaran will be round the schools in the coming weeks giving out application forms, they will also be available from the Sean’s Sports Complex and the local shops. Sports Festival Weekend:

The annual festival has returned to it’s traditional date, of the August Bank Holiday Weekend from Friday 29^th – Monday 1^st August.  As part of the 50^th Anniversary of the club, proceeds from the weekend will be donated to local groups, namely The Drumkill Daycare Centre, St Michael’s NS, St Mary’s NS and Juvenile Development within the club. Activities fro the weekend are only at planning stage, but this is what is conformed at present.

Friday 29^th July – Table Quiz in aid of Drumkill Day Care Centre.

Saturday 30^th July – Car Treasure Hunt – St Michael’s and St Mary’s NS.

Monday 1^st August – Duck Race – Juvenile Football Development.

More details in the coming weeks and all support will be greatly appreciated in aid of these worthy causes.

Dancing Classes:

Dancing classes continue at the usual time. Ceile dancing on Mondays from 6:30-7:30 pm.  Set dancing on Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30 pm also.
