- Senior Football
The Reserves next league outing is at home against Magheracloone on Sunday 29th at 12pm. On Wednesday next, June 1st, they play Carrickmacross in the opening round of the Championship. The game is in Latton at 7.30pm.
The Seniors had a great away win over Magheracloone last Sunday. The 7 point margin is encouraging in they now embark on preparation for the Championship.
- Juvenile Football
The Under 8s training continues every Saturday morning at 10.30am.
Congratulations to the Under 10s community games panel who won gold in the County Final in Cremartin last Monday night. Their victory over Inniskeen was their 7th game in a row unbeaten & great credit must be given to the players, their parents & the management team of Kevin Hughes & Cathal Dempsey.
The Under 12s played Toome last Friday and were victorious with superb performances from all players. They play their next game this Saturday 28th at home to Aughnamullen at 12pm.
The Under 14s play their next league game at home v Clones this Saturday May 21st at 12pm. Their next game is on the first week of June away v Doohamlet.
The Under 16s were narrowly beaten by Clontibret last Thursday May 19th, great performances on the night by DJ McMahon, Stephen McCabe & Liam Quinn. A small break now until their next game on June 23rd at home v Donaghmoyne.
- Committee Meeting
The next meeting of the Executive Committee is tonight (Thursday 26th) at 9pm.
- Boxing Tournament
A boxing tournament will be held in the GAA centre on Saturday June 4th at 9pm. 15 top class bouts featuring some local talent. Entry €10 with refreshments served.
