DRUMHOWAN CLUB NOTES 9.5.11

Drumhowan 0-9 Eire Og 2-11
Another very disappointing performance from our intermediate team saw us suffer a very heavy defeat by Eire OG on Sunday last. Whilst it is still early in the season, our performances to date have been less than encouraging and with the championship outing against Aughnamullan drawing ever closer, a major improvement in form will be necessary if we are to overcome our neighbours on 11th June.
Platinum Tanks RFL
Our reserve team was defeated by Doohamlet on Wednesday evening last. We play Inniskeen on Saturday next at 7.45 in Drumhowan and are away to Ballybay on Wednesday 18th at 7.30
Juveniles
The U-12s are away to Cremartin on Saturday next 12 noon…
The U-14s lost by two points to Tyholland on Saturday last with literally the last kick of the game. It was a fine performance however in a very entertaining game.
The U-16s had a good win over Inniskeen. They play St Macartans in Tyholland on Thursday next
Go Games
The U-8 Go Games take place in Cremartin on Saturday next. All U-8s should be in Cremartin by 9.40am. We play hosts to the U-10 Go Games on Saturday 21 May. Club members will be required on the day to assist with the running of the games and should be present at 9.40am.
