Results:

Junior Championship: Aghabog 1-12 Oram 1-12.

Pearse Park in Ballybay will rank alongside the likes of Lourdes and Fatima after this particular encounter. A very under par performance for three quarters of the game left us trailing by eight points, however we staged a spirited comeback to draw level with the last kick of the game. The fact that Oram were reduced in numbers may have aided our cause however it should be pointed out that this was a game played in a good spirit throughout. Replay will take place the weekend of 11th /12th June.

Congratulations: To the Aghabog Foroige Group and its leaders on winning the All-Ireland for their dance performance.

June 5th: This Sunday marks the 25th Anniversary of the opening of Latnamard N.S.

Family Fun Day: The clubhouse will be hosting this event on Sunday 5th starting at 6pm. A Bouncy Castle and an all you can eat Barbeque will be provided at the cost of €2 per Adult and €1 per Child. The All-Ireland winning Foroige group will also be performing on the night at 8pm.

Over 35s: Scotstown GFC will be hosting an over 35 tournament in the

near future. Anybody interested in dawning the green and white again

should contact Declan Smyth on 087 9769400 or Joey Kelly on 087

6254533.

Well Done Tony: Congratulations to our Chairman Tony McGorman on winning the Currin Lotto last week.

Keep Free:
