Tyholland Notes

Slotto: We had no winners at the weekend. This weekend’s jackpot is a massive €11,000.

Fixtures: Reserves are away to Drumhowan on Saturday 9th April at 7pm and are at home to Donaghmoyne on Wednesday 13th of April at 7pm. Minors are up against Latton on Tuesday 12th April up in Latton at 7pm.

Results: Reserves over came Ballybay on Thursday morning last , Tyholland 2-10 Ballybay 1-7. Minors were defeated by Maghercloone on a scoreline of M’cloone 4-12 Na Fianna 2-4.

Speedy recovery: We wish Gary Mc Quaid a speedy recovery following his recent injury which occurred playing for our club.

Juveniles: U14 Championship Q/F takes place on Saturday 9th of April against Killeevan at 12pm in Tyholland. U16s play away to Inniskeen on Thursday 14th at 7pm. U12s are at home to Aghabog on Saturday 16th at 12pm.

Ladies: U12 and U14 training continues every Fridayfrom 6pm – 7pm. All new comers are welcome. Insurance is now due so bring along to next training.

Membership: Club membership is now due at a cost of €20 per person or €10 for students, under 18s are free. Please contact a member of the committee. Only fully paid members are eligible for Monaghan Football tickets.

Referees: Anyone interested in Becoming a referee for the upcoming year, both men and women, please contact a member of the committee

Bowls: Bowls continue every Tuesday night in at 9pm. New comers welcome.

Irish Dancing: Classes continue every Wednesday from 6pm-7.30pm. Beginners of any age are welcome.

Ceilí Dancing: Classes every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm – 9pm. Beginners welcome.

County Board: Monaghan GAA are hosting a ‘Take Me Out’ on April 21st, every club are being requested to enter a girl so if you are interested please contact a member of the committee.

Sympathy: The club wish to extend its sympathy to the Kane Family, Tyholland on the death of Des Kane.
