On the following Sunday the team travel to Clontibret with a 2.30 throw in while Friday 29th will see Monaghan Harps as visitors to Magheracloone with a 7.30 start.

The U-12 team are due to play Truagh on Saturday 16th in Magheracloone with a 12.00 noon start in Round One of the Spring League.

The U-14 team will take to the field in the coming weeks in both league and championship. They face Clontibret at home in the league on 23rd April with a 12.00 noon start while the championship will see them face either Corduff or Castleblayney.

The U-16 team will face Seans at home on 14th with a seven o’clock start while they will travel to Latton on the following Thursday, again with a seven o’clock throw-in.

St. Louis School Team. Commiserations to the Magheracloone representatives on the St. Louis team that was so narrowly defeated in the All Ireland Colleges final on Saturday. It was an outstanding achievement to reach a final after 123 years and it is a pity that the ultimate target was not reached. I’m sure that we will see many of these young ladies representing club and county in years to come. The future of Monaghan Ladies football is assured.

Monthly Meeting. April’s monthly meeting will be held in the clubrooms on Tuesday 19th at 8.30 p.m.
All club members are welcome to attend.
