Thanks to everyone who turned up to the cleanup in the field last Saturday.

Junior B’s: We Travelled to Monaghan for our 2nd league encounter on Sunday last with both teams looking for their first points of the season. The game nearly got called off with both teams struggling for numbers but whenever it did get underway we were to come out deserved winners. After a slow start the Harps were the first on the scoresheet this was to be the last time they would be in front. We found our feet and after a few wides we soon drew level and never looked back. Half time Monaghan Harps 0-3 Eire Og 0-4. We started the 2nd half with 1-4 without reply and the home side had no answer to our play. The home team rallied midway through the half but where unable to get the scores needed to get back in contention. We can look back on our performance with pride as all but one of our scores came from play, but also on another day we will be made pay for some bad misses in front of goal. Team: Eddie Johnston, Mathew McQuaid, Adrian Flynn, Aidan Leonard, Christopher McGorman, Darren McMahon, Alan McGorman, Niall Cadden, Aidan McMahon, Conor Ward, Paddy Skeath, Fergal Sheridan, Declan Doran.
