Coaching Course: We are running a Handball Coaching Course for adults to help with the coaching of our juveniles this Saturday the 5th of March from 9:30am to 3:30pm. Could all people who have been contacted be at St.Mellans for 9:15am. We also ask everyone to take handball gear as some coaching will take place in the court.

U12’s: Ryan and Aaron Mohan played in Kingscourt on Sunday last where they defeated Tyrone in the semi-final on a scoreline of 15-2 15-9. Well done boys. The final is on the 13th of March in Kingscourt.

U16’s: The double pairing of Ryan Treanor and Niall Rooney lost their semi-final against a hard hitting Tyrone pair in Kingscourt on Sunday last. Hard luck boys.

Girls U12: Also in action was Ciara Treanor who played in St Mellan. She had hard luck in playing a strong Tyrone player in Elizabeth McGarvey. Hopefully this experience will stand well to all players. Well done to all who took part.

Ulster Finals: Michael McCarron and Owenie Joe Joe McClave have their Ulster Finals pencilled in for this Saturday the 5th March. Good luck to both players.

Nov 1 Final: Christopher PJ Mc Kenna now plays Ian Treanor in the Nov 1 Final. Good luck to both players.

Club Singles: in both divisions are reaching the final stages. In Division 1, Christopher(pj) McKenna plays either Padraig McKenna or Michael McCarron. The Div2 has not reached the final stage yet. Please insure all games are played up to date. Double’s are now drawn up and are soon coming.

Juveniles: We have the juveniles divided up into groups and will soon be notifying the players what nights and times they will be on. We hope this will give the players more handball time and will improve their skill levels.
