Castleblayney Notes

Championship Draws – The draws for the 2012 championships were made last Tuesday night. Blayney will face Magheracloone in the senior championship and the Junior Bs must travel to Clontibret as they attempt to win the reserve championship for the fourth successive year.

AGM – Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 5th January 2012 at 8pm in Castleblayney Enterprise Centre. Mass for the deceased members of our Club will take place at 7pm in the Centre prior to the Meeting – All Welcome.
 
St Marys Park Development – The club will be holding a launch night in the Glencarn Hotel at the end of January to formally launch the development at St Marys Park and to detail what it means for the club and for the town. There will be much more details in the New Year but keep Thursday 26th free in your diary.

Newsletter – The juvenile committee have produced a colourful newsletter detailing the highs and lows of 2011. The newsletter will be distributed through the schools and will also be available online at www.castleblayneyfaughs.com . Anyone who doesn’t receive one can contact any of the juvenile committee who will gladly provide them with one.

Juvenile Management/Coaching – The juvenile committee are now actively seeking people interested in taking a management or coaching role for 2012, for more information please contact Brian Sherry 086 – 2334287, Keith Hanratty 086- 8225982, Ray Mc Ardle 087- 1383603.
 
Christmas – In these last notes of the year the Club would like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a prosperous and peaceful 2012.
