Ladies

Senior: Hard luck to our Senior Ladies team who narrowly missed out on a place in the League Final at the weekend. Torrential rain didn’t stop them from giving their all in the semi final against Aughnamullen. The curtain closes on a superb year for the ladies and their management team of Peadar, Kathy, Eimear, Grainne, Helen and Michelle. Junior Champions 2023 and looking forward to a mighty 2024!

U16: We still have one team awaiting their chance to bring home another Championship Cup and that is our u16 ladies who continue training for their Championship final! Details tbc….

Club Guardian Programme: Thank you to the families who have signed up so far for our Guardian programme. We will have a permanent display of all who have signed up when our new Gym is completed! We hope that where possible everybody will get behind the club on this next phase of development to continue the growth and success our club has seen in recent years. Walking Track: Our walking track is open to all club members and we encourage you getting together on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to step it out and have a catch up with friends.

Upcoming Events: A few dates for your diaries folks… Tyholland GFC AGM – Sunday 26th November, Deceased members Mass Sunday 26th at 10.30am, Juvenile Presentation night Friday 1st December, Online Bazaar Sunday 10th December, Charity Match 27th December.

Tyholland ICA: The ICA ladies are back with their monthly meetings the first Thursday of each month in the centre. If you are interested in joining up or curious as to what is involved please call Caroline on 087 7949238.

Tyholland Bowling Club: Tyholland Bowling Club are starting back up from next Tuesday. New members are very welcome to come along and try it out. It is in the complex hall from 8pm every Tuesday. You can contact Patricia on 047 85098 for more information.

Forty Fives: The 45 card players are back in the club the first Thursday of each month. If you are interested in joining in just come along to the Club Bar on Thursday evenings!

Community Centre: The community centre and bar are available for hire for parties, christening’s, sporting and charity events. Contact the Facebook page to book your event or call 086 8222426 to check availability.
