Seniors: The seniors will face Ballybay on Wednesday June 21st at 8.00 in the senior league.

U14: In Division 1 of the U14 league Donaghmoyne are home to Monaghan Harps this Saturday at 12.00 this is followed by the Division 5 game at 1:15. Please come out and support.

Results:

Senior League:

Donaghmoyne took the spoils in the local derby away to killanny last Saturday evening. Donaghmoyne were in commanding form and had six points to spare on the hosts at the final whistle, well done lads.

U12:

Well done to both of our u12 teams who won their league games during the week. The Division 5 team overcame Scotstown while in Division 3 Donaghmoyne were too strong for Ballybay well done to both teams.

Mini Fontenoys:

Training continues this Saturday for our future stars in Donaghmoyne this Saturday 11:00 to 12:00. Parents of Under 6 children are reminded that they are needed to stay for the hour and give a hand; help is always needed at any age group so please stay and get involved. Cost 2€ per family, bring a drink and a gum shield.

Feile 2017:

The Countdown to Feile is on, and preparations are well underway for this prestigious event. Donaghmoyne Boys are hosting St Broughans of Offaly and the action gets underway on Friday June 23rd in Carrickmacross please come along and support the lads. As part of our fundraising we are holding a clothing collection. If you have any spare clothes, pairs of shoes, belts, linen or handbags please bag them up and get them to us for collection. This is an ideal way to clear out your cupboards and wardrobes! Contact Colin on 0879090477. There will also be a church gate collection this weekend in aid of the Feile team your support will be greatly appreciated.

Ladies:

Seniors – Last weekend saw two teams from Donaghmoyne in blitz action. The first team took part in the Abbey Fanning blitz hosted by Monaghan Harps while the second team took part in the Nicola Barry Blitz in Stabannon. Both teams gave great accounts of themselves with the team in Monaghan retaining their title by winning the 2017 Abbey Fanning Blitz. Congratulations to all involved. U14- Our U14 team had a great win over Truagh in the final round of league games on Monday evening last. They now turn their attention towards the 2017 Feile competition when Donaghmoyne will host Dunboyne for the weekend of 23/24/25th of June. Flag Day – Sincere thanks to all those who helped out and contributed to our annual flag day in Carrickmacross last Saturday. G4M&O- Training takes place this Friday evening, all new players welcome. The first outing of the year takes place on July 1st as the Ulster Ladies Gaelic hold their annual blitz in Saval GFC, Co.Down
