50/50: Last weeks winner of the 50/50 Draw Jackpot was Padraic Carville. Padraic won €150. Draw tickets are on sale in McMahons Supervalu at weekends and in local pubs.

Under 12 Girls: The Girls are scheduled to play Donaghmoyne this Wednesday evening at 6.45pm, please check social media for updates.

Girls Under 14 Final: The girls were beaten last Monday evening by Donaghmoyne in Carrickmacross; the girls put a great effort in right throughout the course of the evening and showed great spirits against a very good Donaghmoyne side. This now brings the curtain down on their year, unfortunately we have no silver ware to show but competing in the two Division 1 Finals shows the progress that these ladies have made over the last few years. It’s only a matter of time before they win something.

Boys Under 16: The lads had a good win against Scotstown last Thursday night, they will now play Aughnamullen in this year’s league final, date, venue and time have yet to be confirmed.

Girls Minor: Our Minor Girls played Inniskeen on Sunday at home and although Inniskeen went 2 points ahead in the first couple of minutes once the nerves settled our Girls produced some fantastic scores and won the match on a score line of 3-09 to 2-05.

Well Done: This week’s well done goes out to Padraic (Paudie) Heavin who played at half time in the All Ireland Hurling Final, picked for the Kilkenny team Paudie showed his skills off to the 82,000 people. Paudie has been a busy young man in the last week, not alone has he played in Croke Park, he also won the Under 14 Shield with the Football Club, won a Feile medal with Monaghan while also starting school in Our Ladys, well done Paudie.
