The Junior Format: The strength of the Junior format in Monaghan was emphasised last Sunday when Rockcorry sealed the Ulster title and congratulations to them on their achievement. Despite recent discussions on a possible change on league formats, it now looks like the leagues will remain the same as before; therefore Blackhill will enter the Junior League and Championship for the 2016 campaign.
