Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting was held at the clubrooms on Thursday night last with no major changes to the officer board for the coming year. A warm welcome however to Margaret Walshe who takes on the post of Registrar. The Chairman, Aidan Deighan welcomed those present and paid tributes to all who held positions during the past year as well as those who work quietly in the background to ensure the smooth running of our club. He highlighted many of the initiatives undertaken during the year chief of which was the beginning of development of the new pitch, made possible by the great success of Clontibret our Future and funding from the Sports Capital Programme.

In his twentieth report, Club Secretary, Frank McManus gave a detailed analysis of the activities of all our teams and committees during the year, while Treasurer, Caroline McQuaid reported comprehensively on the income and expenditure incurred in 2015.Other reports included Youth Officer John P Mone and Development Officer Francis McGuigan.
