The new Monaghan jerseys, sponsored once again by Investec and made by O’Neill’s, will be launched tonight (Thursday, May 23) in the Hillgrove Hotel. Representatives of all clubs in Monaghan, as well as county players, will attend as the county celebrates the extension of the sponsorship deal with banking group Investec, whose CEO in Ireland is Monaghan man Michael Cullen.
Club Monaghan PRO and merchandise manager Séamus McMeel will have the new jerseys, which the county teams will wear in the upcoming championships, on sale at the farmer’s market in Monaghan town tomorrow (Friday) from 10 am to 2pm and at the Shirley Arms in Carrickmacross on Saturday from 11am to 3pm.
The Investec incentive scheme will make its return, allowing supporters to trade in old (non-Investec) Monaghan jerseys to get a discount on the new tops.
Photos of the new jerseys will be exclusively available on this website tonight from 8.30pm.
