Congratulations: To Declan and Eileen who tied the knot last Saturday in Aghabog. We would like to wish them all the best as they embark on their married life together. It was great to see Declan, Eileen, Michael & John around Aghabog the last couple of weeks and we wish them all the best of luck as they return to the land down under. Hopefully we will see them again in the not too distant future.

Results:

JFL: Aghabog 1-10 Toome 0-12. We had a hard fought win over Toome in Aghabog last Sunday afternoon. This was a game where we showed good fighting spirit in order to earn our first two points of the year. We were due to play Killeevan last night Wednesday.

Sympathy:

The club would like to extend our sincere sympathy to Andy Mannering on the death of his niece, Patricia Kerrigan. Also to Maureen Gavan on the death of her brother, Seamus McCabe.

Boogie in the Bog:

Ladies Notes              

U/16 & U/14Training:  U/16 training continues on Friday at 7.30 sharp. All players please attend.

U/12 Training:  Training for U/12’s on Friday at 7-8pm.

Congrats:  To Aine Tierney, who represented Ireland at the European Parliament in Belgium recently.

Gaeltacht: The Ulster Ladies council are offering 4 partial Gaeltacht scholarships this year based on a draw format, if any of our players are going to the Gaeltacht and would be interested in this, please contact Ciara on 086 0842653 for more information.

Championship: Our seniors will play O’Neill’s in the preliminary round of the championship. No date as yet.
