Platinum Tanks Reserve Football Championship Crawley Cup Final

Oram v Scotstown, Friday, 7.45, Tyholland

Scotstown will bid to atone for last year’s Crawley Cup Final defeat when they take on Oram in the 2012 decider at Tyholland on Friday evening.

Scotstown, who lost to Clontibret a year ago, have beaten Blackhill, Aghabog and Seán McDermotts to make the final once again. Oram’s path has been slightly easier, as they got a walkover from Toome in the last 16, before defeating RFL Division Four sides Éire Óg and Clones. This one is set to go to the wire if league form is anything to go by, as just two points separate them in the RFL Division Three, where Scotstown have nine points, followed by Oram on seven and with a game in hand.

Ciarán and Mark Corrigan, Ross McKenna, Adrian Carbin and Fintan Treanor could play key roles for Scotstown, while Gavin Fox, David Sheehy, Daniel Forde and Aaron Molloy should be to the fore for Oram.

Monaghan Electrical

There are four games down for decision in the Monaghan Electrical Intermediate Football League next Wednesday. Donaghmoyne have home advantage against Cremartin in the race for semi-final places, while Corduff make the long trip to Threemilehouse to play Seán McDermotts.

Eurotech

There is also one game to be played in the Eurotech Junior Football League on Wednesday, when Blackhill entertain Éire Óg.
