Monaghan Coaching staff held a GAA FOR ALL day for adult disability groups at Cermartin Football grounds on Thursday 17th May. The event was planned for outdoors at Cloghan but due to weather conditions it was moved indoors. In total three groups were able to attend with over 30 adults participating. These groups were
- Monaghan Training workshop
- Day activation unit
- Steadfast house
The participants enjoyed the activities of fun games, stations and races and received certificates, posters and T-shirts presented by County Player Christopher McGuinness followed by refreshments.
Following on from this we plan to hold “GAA FOR ALL” day for Special needs children aging from 5 to 18 years old. This initiatives begins this Sat 26th May and continues for the following 3 Saturdays 9th,16th,23rd June. This event starts at 10am till 12noon each day and will be held at Cloghan county grounds weather permitting. If you would like your children to attend please contact Ann McKenna on 0877580150
