Tyrone V Monaghan: on Sunday 5th June 2011 is NOT an all ticket game.
Tickets are only required for the Covered Stand. Terraces are cash at turnstiles.Please contact Mary McCaffrey on (0877429651) to order tickets before Friday 27th May at 8.00pm. When ordering family tickets please state number of adults & children. (i.e 2 adults & 3 children / 1 adult & 2 children etc) and Tickets must be paid for on collection.
The Ticket Prices are as follows: Covered Stand €27, Covered Stand – Senior Citizen €15, Covered Stand Family (Child) €5, Terrace €15, Terrace – Concession (Senior Citizen & Student) €10 , Terrace – Under 16 – FOC
The Late JJ Mc Meel : The sincere sympathy of the club is extended to the relatives and friends of the late JJ Mc Meel, whose death occurred on Monday last. JJ, as he was popularly known, was full-back on the Emyvale Minor team of 1950, that brought the only Division One Minor Football Championship title ever to come to Emyvale, that same year. He was also a regular member of the County Minor team during 1950. For several years afterwards he was one of Emyvale’s strongest defenders and regularly lined out in the Emyvale colours until his departure to Dublin after he had joined the Garda Siochana. In failing health for some time, his passing has brought much sorrow to the club and to his home family in Drumgahon. Ar dheis De go raibh a anam uasal.

Juvenile Notes: Training continues for all ages, could all players ensure they attend training.
Minors: We lost our final game before the exam break to Truagh on a scoreline of 3-12 to 2-10. Training will continue as usual. Best of luck to all those sitting Leaving Cert Exams from all at the club
U-16: Div 1 League, Had a convincing win over Monaghan Harps 6-11 to 3-8 last Thursday night. Now there is a break until 23rd June. Best of luck to all those sitting the Junior Cert Exams from all at the club.
