Take Me Out: Last Sunday night we had our eagerly awaited Take me out, The crowd in attendance were treated to a great nights entertainment, from both the ladies and gentleman. We would like to say a massive thank you to these ladies and gentlemen who give up their time to help us, I am sure everyone will agree they were all amazing.  

Thank You: The Corduff Club would like to thank everyone who helped make Take me out a success, especially the ladies and Gentlemen that took part. Also to Liam Connolly, Peter and Bernie Byrne for all their help in preparation for the night. Most importantly we would like to thank everyone who sold tickets, help organise the event and to everyone who bought tickets, sponsored our ladies and attended on the night.

Scrap Saturday: Corduff GFC presents “Scrap Saturday” on Saturday 14th May. This is a great opportunity for everyone to dispose off all their “Scrap”. We can accept the following Metal, Copper, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Old Machinery and Old Cars. Unfortunately we cannot accept Electrical Appliances. Drop off point is the Back of Corduff Football Pitch, we will collect if you can’t deliver. Intermediate Football League: It was a busy weekend last weekend with us playing Donaghmoyne on Friday and table toppers Currin on Sunday. On Friday night we made the short journey to Donaghmoyne, Corduff started well and developed a comfortable lead  which lasted throughout. Final Score Corduff 2-10 . Aughnamullen 1-07. Then on Sunday we welcomed Table Toppers Currin to Corduff. The visitors started well registering three points before Corduff got off the mark after Martin Mills, Shane Mc Nally Snr and Keith Mc Enaney combined with a finish from Christopher Mc Enaney. Currin responded with a goal. Raymond Byrne pulled a point back for Corduff after Martin Mills had been fouled. Corduff started brightest in the second half registering 6 unanswered points, this put Corduff a point ahead in the closing stages until Currin equalised with a free in the closing minutes. Final Score Corduff 0-08 Currin 1-05.

Monaghan Electrical Intermediate Football League Fixtures: This Sunday 8th we welcome Sean Mc Dermotts to Corduff for a 2.30 throw in. Our next game is against Rockcorry on Sunday 22nd May at 2.30 in Rockcorry.

Reserve Football League: Yesterday, Wednesday 4th May Ballybay travelled to Corduff for a 7.45 throw in. Our next game is on Sunday 15th May when we travel to Tyholland. Then on Sunday 29th we travel to Inniskeen.

Platinum Tanks Reserve Championship: Our first round game in the Reserve Championship is on Wednesday 1st June when we travel to Drumhowan for a 7.30 throw in.

Gerry Fruit and Veg Under 12 Zone 8: Last Saturday we defeated Toome when they travelled to Corduff.

Gerry Fruit and Veg Under 14: Our Under 14 were defeated by a very strong Magheracloone side last Tuesday Night. This Saturday we take on Truagh in Corduff.

Gerry Fruit and Veg Under 16: Tonight Thursday we are away to Clones. Please come along and support our stars of the future.

GRM Minor Football League: Last Tuesday we travelled to Aughnamullen. Next Tuesday we welcome Donaghmoyne to Corduff

Ladies Mini Marathon :  The Friends of Carrick Society are seeking Volunteers (101 ladies)  to take part in the Mini Marathon on Sunday 6th June. Please Contact Patsy on 0874130727 or any committee in Bose.
