Doohamlet GFC Notes

Fund Raising Dinner Dance:  Plans are well advanced for our Fundraising Presentation Dinner Dance. This promises to be a memorable night where we celebrate our Intermediate Championship success and players will receive their medals on the night.

Our evening will begin with a mulled wine reception at 8pm with a 6 course meal to follow at 8.30pm.  An auction of football memorabilia will take place during the night.

Dress informal and tickets can be bought from any committee member at €50 each.  So don’t forget Wednesday 16th March in Ballybay Pearse Bros Centre.  It promises to be quite a night.

Bereavement:  Doohamlet GFC lost one of its true Gaels last weekend when Mac McEneaney passed away after a long illness.  Father to Eamon, Michael, Lou, Martin, John and Mary and loving husband to his wife Sis, Mac will be sorely missed and the club wishes to extend its deepest sympathy to his family and many friends.  Ar Dheis De go raibh a anam.
