On Saturday past Emyvale emerged victorious in the annual U15 Ulster og 7 a side competition. In total we had 8 clubs who participated, these included Rockcorry, Emyvale, Latton, Patrick Emmetts, Donaghmoyne, Aughnamullen, Inniskeen and Monaghan Harps. These teams were divided into two groups of 4. There was a number of very competitive games in each group and you could see as the morning went on the teams become use to playing this 7 a side game and the quallity really improved. The top teams in each group then played off in the final. These where Emyvale & Aughnamullen, where both teams served up an entertaining final with Emyvale emerging victorious. Monaghan Coaching & Games Development would like to thank the referees, mentors and players who participated on the day.

Emyvale represent Monaghan in the provincal finals on Saturday 2nd September in Killybegs Co. Donegal. See below a photo of the two teams who took part in the final.
