We played at home on Saturday 11th June v Killeevan. A great performance from this young group of players seen them win out on Score of Latton 6-10- Killeevan 5-08. They had an away fixture v Rockcorry last Night and are back at home on Tuesday 21st at 7.30 v Corduff.

Gerry prepared Veg U14 Leagues

Ther Division 1 Team played at Home v Emyvale last Thursday. A high scoring affair seen them win out 4-19 – 1-07.They are back at home on Wednesday 23rd v Monaghan Harps.

Senior League

Latton Travelled to Doohamlet in a League fixture this evening.The home side started strong and went into a 1-03 to no score with points from Barry Mc Bennett,Conor Murray and Ciaran Finnegan and a Goal from Jamie Walshe. Latton regrouped and Hughie Mc Elroy & Stephen Mc Cabe scored 2 points.A free from Barry Mc Bennett put the home side 4 points ahead.Hughie Mc Elroy Slotted over another point followed by a Kieran Duffy point.This left the ha…lf time score Doohamlet 1-04 to Latton 0-04. Latton gained first blood in the second half with a 2 points from Hughie McElroy leaving the minimum between the teams.Conor Murray pointed for Doohamlet and Stephen Mc Cabe for Latton. Doohamlet then scored a goal from a long ball in from Barry Mc Bennett. Shane Coyle pointed for Latton to leave a goal between the teams. Latton were then hit by a second Doohamlet goal from Niall Connolly.Latton uped their game and points followed from Stephen mc Cabe and a key Goal from Damien Duffy . Hughie Mc Elroy pointed to leave the score Latton 1-10 – Doohamlet 3-05 . A Barry Mc Ginn free left the 2 up. Latton Top Scorer Hughie Mc Elroy once again steped up to the mark with 2 points to draw the match and gain a valuable point.

Reserves league

Latton Played Scotstown at home in Reserve League this afternoon . A competitive game of football with good scores from both side. Latton however were on the losing end of a scoreline of 3-15 – 2-11.
