The Scór season opened on Saturday evening the 10^th of October in the Seán Mac Diarmada Complex in Threemilehouse with Scór na bPáistí before a large and enthusiastic audience. Children from seventeen clubs across the county treated the audience to a fantastic night of music, song and dance.

Well done to Mollie Mc Keever from An Bhoth who was a very capable Bean an Tí and great credit is due to CLG Sheáin Mhic Dhiarmada for hosting this event.

Well done to all the children involved on the night – they were a credit to their families and clubs. The overall standard was very high and the adjudicators had a very difficult task in their deliberations.

The Acorn Life sponsored Scór na nÓg Competition (Under 17) semi- finals will be held on 30^th of October in Ardaghy at 8pm and in Tullycorbett at 8pm on Friday November 6^th with the County Final on November 14^th in Corcaghan at 7.30pm.

Competitions in Rince Foirne, Rince Seit, Solo Singing, Ballad Singing,  Recitation, Group Music, Drama and Quiz.
