Rith 2012 this is a national run that will be coming through the county on Saturday the 10th March as part of Seachtain na Gaelige.CLG nationally are supporting this initiative.Rith will be coming into Castleblayney on Saturday March 10th at 6pm and running to Muineachan via the old Blayney road.

School resource packets have gone out to every school in the county,these include posters and activities that all relate to the Rith initiative,so perhaps clubs could link up with local schools.The run will come into Baile Mhuineachain at 730 with a lap around the town and finish at the courthouse with a welcome from the County Council Cathaoirleach’
