Castleblayney Hurling Club Notes 7th Nov 2022

50/50 Draw for November takes place on the last Friday of the month. To be organised ahead of time you can get your entry online at our clubforce page https://member.clubforce.com/memberships_cart_m.asp?LL_ID=2767&intMF_ID=7833#Anchor or by contacting any committee member. A big thank you to all those who continue to support us every month, it is much appreciated.

Ulster Intermediate Hurling Club Championship the quarter final of the competition took place last Saturday in Páirc Esler, Newry and despite racking up a score of 3-15 it was not enough to overcome the Down champions, Liatroim who won out on a score of 3-22. Well done to the lads and management who have given their all over the course of the last few months.

Minor hurlers met Carrickmacross last Sat 5th in Division One Final but it was not to be their day!

Club’s AGM takes place on Friday 18th Nov at 9.00pm in the Ash Room, nomination forms available for paid up members.

Congratulations to the Faughs Ladies and management on their Ulster Final last Sunday, on a superb performance, a wonderful achievement and richly deserved. Best wishes going forward as the next step on your journey takes you to Belgium…..we are all rooting for you.
