Ulster Intermediate Hurling Club Championship the quarter final of the competition takes place this Saturday, 5th Nov in Páirc Esler, Newry at 5.15pm when we meet the Down champions, Liatroim. Very important to know that tickets for the game must be bought online ahead of the game. Please help out anybody who may have difficulty purchasing tickets online. The following is the link for the tickets: https://www.universe.com/events/jfc-ihc-2022-qf-teconnaught-v-stewartstown-liatroim-v-castleblayney-tickets-PR04WH. Now is the time to come out in our numbers and be that extra player on the pitch on the day. Root out the flags, the bunting and the club colours and make your presence! Best of luck to the Senior team and management in their endeavours.

Sponsors the club are very appreciative of the many generous businesses that supported the Senior team’s preparations for the Ulster Intermediate Hurling club championship taking place this weekend. All of these sponsors have been acknowledged on our social media pages and it goes without saying that their contributions have been a huge addition to the team’s preparations, not forgetting McMahon’s Centra and Supervalu, our longstanding generous sponsor. Remember to support local.

Minor hurlers meet Carrickmacross on next Sat 5th in Division One Final at 12.00, venue to be confirmed. Come out and support the lads.

Club’s AGM takes place on Friday 18th Nov at 9.00pm in the Ash Room, nomination forms available for paid up members.

See social media for the links to both these online shops.

Wedding Bells ring out for David Bolger and Janelle Gooley who get married this weekend in the US, many happy days to you both.

Condolences are extended to former player, Paddy Irwin and family on the death of his sister Catherine Groves, Raheny. Ar Dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Good Luck to the Faughs Ladies and management in their Ulster Final next Sunday 6th Nov in Healy Park, Omagh.
