Ulster Club Championship

Our brilliant, exhilarating, history making season came to an end at the hands of All Ireland Champions, Kilcoo last Sunday. We gave it a lash and a 10 point defeat doesn’t reflect the contest.

Thanks to all, both from inside the club and other clubs in the county, who supported us on Sunday.

AGM:

The clubs AGM will take place in the Clubhouse on Nov 25th at 8pm.

 Book Launch:

Frank Curley, son of 1969 Championship winner, also called Frank, is launching a memoir about his father’s life called  ‘A Pen in your Pocket

and a Watch on your Arm’ in the Iontas Centre, Castleblayney on Wednesday

23rd November at 7.30pm.

It will be launched by An Cathaoirleach, Monaghan County Council. It’s a

fundraiser for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

The club would like to express condolences to the Farrelly family on the sad passing of Mary Farrelly (Nee Mc Quillian).

Sister to Christy Mc Quillian and Mother to former player’s Mel and Phillip.
