Slotto: Our Slotto Jackpot of €9,600 last Saturday was not won! The numbers drawn were

2,8,21,26. We had four match three winners this week; Kathryn Treanor, Siobhan Gilmore, Owen Roe Kavanagh and Stephen McGeough. Don’t forget to play your slotto online with the new Clubforce app https://bit.ly/3dF91dK on our facebook page to play again this week or you can still enter at Mackles Silverstream, Hughes Costcutter and at the centre! Jackpot this week has climbed to a whopping €9,700!!! We thank everyone who continues to support our slotto draw which provides vital funds for the maintenance of our club.

Intermediate Championship: Our Senior men travel to Scotstown on Sunday where they meet Monaghan Harps. This is a very important game for the men and we hope to see lots of support to cheer them on. We wish the team and management the best of luck!

Minors: Hard luck to our Minor men who lost out in the semi-final of the Championship after a competitive battle with Cremartin. It was clear that both teams knew each other well after previous encounters but the Tyholland lads hard work just wasn’t enough to get them to the final. Many thanks to Ian Treanor, Paddy Sheridan, Paul Rushe and Barbara Sheridan on their hard work and commitment with the team this year.

U13s: Congratulations to our U13 team who defeated Clontibret in the final in a mighty battle last Saturday. The team came back from 3 points down at half time to win on a 1-08 to 1-06 scoreline. Super work from this team and coaching team of Paul Coyle, Aidan Clinton, Paddy and Grainne Hughes. The club couldn’t be prouder of you all and we were delighted with you all bringing the Division 2 cup back to Tyholland. What a way to end the season!

U11’s: Our U11s played their final game of the season last Sunday in Tyholland against the Sean McDermotts. This was a brilliant game and the large crowd in attendance enjoyed the skills on show. After the game they had a breakfast in the complex. The players were delighted to be presented with a football by Karl O’Connell and Gary Mohan to show our gratitude to our future stars for their brilliant performances throughout the year. Happy kids went home already looking forward to next season. Thanks to Barry Farrelly, Gareth McKenna and Kevin McQuaid for their hard work with the team all year.

Ladies:

Senior Ladies: A super year for our Senior ladies team ended last Saturday when they lost to a very strong Castleblayney team in the Junior Championship Final. Despite not bringing home the silverware this team has proven their skills and hard work which we look forward to seeing again next season. Many thanks to Peadar Farrelly, Kathy Ronaghan and Helen Farrelly on all their work with the team this season. Thanks also to all who came out in support of our ladies!!

U14s: Well done to our U14 girls who came back from 2 points down at half time to win the Frank Casey Quarter Final last Sunday. This brings them to the semi-final which will be held in Clontibret on Saturday 4.45pm. Good luck to all!
