Good luck to all our teams in the upcoming games the parish is behind you !!
Intermediate Championship Semi-Final: All roads will lead to Clontibret on Sunday at 4:15pm where our senior team will face off to Magheracloone in a mouthwatering Championship Semi-Final. With 2 tightly contested affairs against each other this season, these teams know each other pretty well and will set up what could be the game of the championship so far. Emyvale have had a slightly tougher route, having played a quarter final recently which gave us some extra game time. That extra game has left the team well prepared for the battle ahead against a good Magheracloone team, albeit which hasn’t played a competitive game in over a month come Sunday.
This is the business end of the campaign and where we all want to be, so let’s all get out in numbers and turn Clontibret Black and White on Sunday and cheer the lads on!! The best of luck to the team and management.
Ladies Senior Football Championship Final: Once again our flagship Ladies team are in the county Senior final in what we hope will be a fantastic day for the Parish. As of time of press there has been no venue confirmed but check Emyvale Ladies social media for details. With a throw in time of 1:30 our ladies and the entire parish will be hoping this is their time to take home that coveted Senior Championship Cup. In their way are familiar foes Donaghmoyne, no easy challenge but one that these girls and management are more than capable and confident of achieving. Wishing you all every success.

U11’s: Our u11s has their last outing of the season with a tournament in Armagh we had a great run through the group stages and were topping the group after 4 games we had a couple of shaky games after that and were beaten by a classy Silverbridge team in the final. we had a good run in tournaments this year reaching cup finals and semifinals in all tournaments and winning all our Liam Stirrat league games which is a testament to the dedication and hard work that Paul and Gerard have put into the team this season and I would like to thank them on behalf of the club for a job well done this season. I would like to wish the best of luck to the boys who will be moving up to play their first taste of competitive football next year in u13s. They are well prepared and I look forward to seeing them in action. we will be losing three very special players also next year who have been an integral part of this team over the past few years I’d like to wish Holly, Dija and Cait the best of luck as they move on to play with the Ladies club next year the 3 girls are great wee characters and have been a joy to coach over the last number of years and I know they will continue to star in the black and White for many years. Thanks also to all parents for your support all year and hope everyone enjoys the break
